The primary talking point Netanyahu and ILLEGAL OCCUPIERS ISRAEL and their U.S. supporters utilize in justifying everything from Israel’s illegal occupation of the Palestinian territories to Israel’s 56-year ongoing illegal military blockade of Gaza, to Israel bombing Palestinians to little pieces, is the Israeli lie that Israel is justified and duly authorized to “Root Out Hamas,” kill each and every Hamas member no matter the cost to Israelis, Palestinians or any living thing for that matter.
As I’ve written before, the simple act of reciting the legal rights of the Palestinian people is considered a radical act amongst US-Israeli Zionists. The American people have no idea the legal rights of the Palestinian people because the very last thing CNN, MSNBC or FOXNEWS want is, for an international attorney such as Professor Francis Boyle to appear on these networks and clearly explain the legal rights of the Palestinian people and how the Geneva Conventions and int’l law apply to Israel’s ongoing illegal occupation of the Palestinian territories.
1) A civilian population has a legal right to exist;
2) A civilian population has a legal right to form and maintain armed resistance groups;
3) A civilian population suffering an illegal occupation by an OCCUPYING POWER has a legal right to use ANY MEANS NECESSARY TO EVICT THE ILLEGAL OCCUPYING POWER;
4) Said OCCUPYING POWER has no legal right to use any military force whatsoever against a civilian population under illegal occupation and military blockade by said OCCUPYING POWER.
Simply put, Israel has no right to defense, has no right to use military force against their victims of Israel’s illegal occupation, THE OCCUPIED, the Palestinian people.
Not today, not yesterday nor tomorrow does illegal OCCUPYING POWER ISRAEL have a legal right to DO ANYTHING to the Palestinian people or its armed resistance groups.
The ONLY LAWFUL ACT OCCUPYING POWER ISRAEL can execute in regard to Palestinians is Israel’s full and complete withdrawal from the Palestinian territories.
CONVERSELY, BECAUSE the Palestinian people are being occupied by Israel, THE OCCUPIED (known as the Palestinian people) do in fact enjoy a legal, lawful right to use force of any kind to attempt to remove and evict the illegal OCCUPYING POWER ISRAEL.
Israel has always been and remains 100% ON THE WRONG SIDE OF INTERNATIONAL LAW AND THE GENEVA CONVENTIONS. The U.S. media absolutely refuses to explain and enumerate the legal rights of the Palestinian people and maliciously and intentionally cast the Palestinian people and their Palestinian armed resistance groups as terrorist perpetrators and the Israelis as victims.
The reason CNN/MSNBC/FOXNEWS does not hire and feature international lawyers to discuss the most important international issue in modern history is precisely because if they did, those int’l lawyers would invariably cast Israel in their true legal light as criminal perpetrator, ILLEGAL OCCUPIER of the Palestinian territories.
CNN, MSNBC, FOXNEWS, the Biden adminstration, the Pentagon and Israel do not want to invalidate and expose the umbiquitous lie that Israel has a right to kill Palestinians at will, including Palestinian armed resistance groups in order to “defend Israel.”
Netanyahu’s entire array of war crimes is based on the categorical lie that Israel has a right to defend, use great military force on the very civilian population Israel illegally occupies. Israel’s illegal occupation of the Palestinian territories and illegal military blockades of Gaza are war crimes unto themselves.
An int’l attorney could explain to the American people that under int’l law, a civilian population such as the Palestinian people are entitled to form armed resistance groups. A civilian population’s right to form armed resistance groups is irrevocable.
Israel has no legal right to “Root Out Hamas” nor ANY FUTURE OR CURRENT Palestinian armed resistance groups.

The unquestionable legal fact is any civilian population has a legal right to form armed resistance groups; further, when a civilian population is under state-sponsored illegal occupation, THE OCCUPIED enjoy an UNMITIGATED LEGAL RIGHT TO USE what the Geneva Conventions and int’l law refer to as “ANY MEANS NECESSARY” to evict the ILLEGAL OCCUPYING POWER; namely Israel.

“Any means necessary” includes all the means of force available to THE OCCUPIED, which in the current case of the Palestinians is a very limited amount of force.
Due to the Occupation and Israeli control of Palestinian borders, Palestinians have no tanks, fighter jets, attack helicopters, armored personnel carriers, etc. with which to attempt to free themselves from ILLEGAL OCCUPYING POWER ISRAEL.
The world understands that Netanyahu’s claim of Israeli self-defense to root out Hamas is not only illegal under int’l law, but hard evidence of Netanyahu’s cruel intentions to execute massive war crimes against the Palestinian people.
Under int’ law, a state engaged in the illegal occupation of a civilian population has no legal right to “defend itself” from attacks made by their victims, THE OCCUPIED CIVILIAN POPULATION.
The legal solution and resolution to a civilian population under illegal occupation and blockade by an ILLEGAL OCCUPYING POWER, is for that ILLEGAL OCCUPYING POWER to withdraw from OCCUPIED TERRITORY.

Netanyahu has already voiced his plans for Gaza and the Palestinian people.
Netanyahu stated he will not allow Palestinians to form their own government.
President Biden claims he wants Palestinians to form their own government.
President Biden providing American-made weapons to Israel without Congressional approval or consultation constitutes a war crime, because Israel used our weapons in the commission of war crimes against the Palestinian people.
It is a de facto violation of the U.S. ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT for our government to provide American-made weapons to any government who utilizes our weapons in the commission of war crimes.
The ICC may soon issue an arrest warrant for war crimes against the Palestinian people for Benjamin Netanyahu’s arrest; which, if upon conviction could make President Biden an accomplice to war crimes, which is a war crime unto itself. Intent is not necessary to convict, only that the defendant war criminal had knowledge of the transfer of military weaponry to the offender.
Netanyahu says he will not allow forced migrant Palestinians to return back to the North until Israel finishes “rooting out Hamas.”
